Delete your account & data

This page explains how to delete your Ever Green account and the personal data associated with it, and what is removed or kept. You do not need to be signed in to read this page or to make a request.

Option 1 — delete from inside the app (fastest)

  1. Open the Ever Green app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings (or Profile) → Delete account.
  3. Confirm, then type DELETE (or মুছুন in Bengali) to confirm.

Your account is disabled immediately and you are signed out.

Option 2 — request by email

If you cannot access the app, email support@evergreenhomeo.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify your identity and process the deletion. We aim to respond within 7 days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted we remove the personal data we hold about you, including:

What we keep, and for how long

When you delete your account it is disabled immediately (you can no longer sign in). Your data is then kept for up to 6 months and used only for legal compliance, fraud prevention and resolving disputes — after which it is permanently erased.

A small amount of information may be kept longer where the law requires it (for example, certain health records), or in anonymised form that can no longer identify you.

Changed your mind?

Before the 6-month period ends, contact support@evergreenhomeo.com and we may be able to restore your account. After it is permanently erased, it cannot be recovered.
