Child Safety Standards & CSAE Policy

This page sets out the standards Ever Green (Android package com.evergreen.health, the “App”), operated by Evergreen Homeo, follows to keep children safe and to combat child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We publish it in line with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards requirements for apps that allow user-to-user communication.

1. Our commitment

Ever Green has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for any content that endangers minors. Ever Green is a homeopathic health consultation service intended for adults (18 years and older). Accounts must be created and operated by an adult; an adult may seek consultations on behalf of a child in their care, but the account belongs to the adult.

2. Standards we follow

  1. Prohibited content. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualization of minors, and any content that exploits or endangers children are strictly prohibited and will be removed.
  2. Age restriction. Account holders must confirm they are 18 or older at sign-up. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to register or operate an account, and we do not market the app to children.
  3. In-app reporting. Any user can report a message or attachment from the chat (press and hold a message → Report). Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.
  4. Moderation & enforcement. We review reports, remove violating content, and suspend or remove accounts that violate this policy.
  5. Reporting to authorities. We report apparent CSAM to the relevant authorities (including, where applicable, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children / NCMEC) and preserve related data as required by law.
  6. No private discovery of strangers. Patients communicate only with the clinic’s practitioners/staff in their own conversation; there is no public user directory or stranger-to-stranger chat.
